Hey, Students,
You are the best recruiters that we have. We want to encourage you in bringing new students into PIU. There are some more details—you can check with Alex or Joshua--but, basically, if you recruit another student—could even be a family member—and they enroll and complete their FAFSA, you will earn $100. Far more important than that, you’ll introduce them to the good things about PIU. Don't forget. Tell your church and other acquaintances about Coffee with the President.
We want to partner with folk from all over Micronesia and beyond in continuing to impact our region for Christ. Please Pray:
- Jones is in Chuuk. His dad recently died.
- Evelyn Suda is in Chuuk. Her mom is not well and her dad just died.
- Dave Owen is in a critical part of his treatment. He is susceptible to infection, thus the special mask.
- Please pray for Nino and me. We'll be traveling to the TRACS conference in Orlando Florida. I'll also be traveling a lot of other places, while I'm in the mainland.
Over the next several IP to Sseditions I’ll be sharing some reasons why you should stay in the dorm, or consider moving into the dorm if you aren’t already living there. Here is #1. Living in the dorm greatly enhances the good things that happen at PIU. What happens in the Pacific Islands University classrooms is great, but this school is about a great deal more than what happens in classroom. Living in the dorm you’ll make some great friends and be able to hang around with those friends. It’ll put close by dorm devotions, and other great opportunities for spiritual growth. Check it out.
Thanks for reading. Have a great week. Study hard. Live for Jesus!
